Position Overview :
- Must have Maintenance Mechanic experience.
- Highly knowledgeable with hand and power tools.
- Motivated, self-driven and innovative with the ability to work independently or with a team,
- Have common sense, resourcefulness, and a high level of critical thinking.
- Knowledge of welding, machine shop and use of PIV's is a plus.
- Ability to change shafts, bearings, and gears a plus.
- Must be able to adhere to company policy, safety rules and regulations, and wear PPE.
Shift: Monday - Friday Days, 7am-5pm
Wage Range: $34 - 37 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment.
- Assist in construction, preventative, routine, and breakdown maintenance.
- Perform scheduled inspections and servicing of equipment.
- Assists with completion of system modifications and improvement projects.
- Repair, replace and/or fabrication of broken parts.
- Perform maintenance on material handling equipment.
- General grounds keeping, and facility related maintenance.
- Document and report all maintenance repairs.
- Repair any potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
