Location: 939 Wooster Road N, Barberton, OH 44203 We are looking for a new Maintenance Mechainc for our Barberton, OH facility. You will help our Machine Operators be successful in getting products to our customers by ensuring all of their machines and equipment work well and bringing ideas on how to make them run even better. Internally, we call these role Electro-Mechanics. 1st Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am-4:00pm, plus overtive as needed Maintenance Technician Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00/hour, based on experience Core Contributions: In our manufacturing plants, you'll be working on our machines that produce sports flooring and all of the supporting pieces of equipment that our employees use in their daily jobs. Perform regular and preventative maintenance to prevent unexpected downtime. You'll be working with things such as NC and CNC controls, PLC hardware and software, control circuits, electro/mechanical systems, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Diagnose malfunctions and determine the best adjustment or repair. Work with the Machine Operators to better understand issues and apply their deep knowledge of the machines to a solution. Maintain and repair physical structure to our buildings and grounds, including snow removal, basic plumbing, HVAC and carpentry. Essential Experiences: Associates degree in Electromechanics or related field; OR an apprenticeship in Electromechanical Maintenance; OR a high school diploma / GED and 2+ years of experience with electrical, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine shop tools 2+ years of experience with controls wiring (120/240/480 volts), AC and DC motor drive controls, multi-meter, amp-meter, oscilloscope, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ecore International is an equal opportunity employer (Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans).
