Help Duties Major duties include but are not limited to: Maintain a wide variety of building components Repair all types of roofing systems, including coping, flashing, downspouts, etc., perform all types of journeyman level carpentry; install, modify and maintain metal acoustical grid ceiling, handrails and grab bars, cubicle curtain tracks, all types of shelving and various types of floor covering; installation and maintenance of furniture; cabinet and counter top construction; and installation of various wall mounted items Read and follow blue prints, sketches and various types of assembly instructions. Use a variety of hand tools, power tools and stationary shop tools including hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, tape measure, saws, drills, sanders, utility knives, trowels, table saw, band saw, planer etc. Workload may require incumbent to change their tour of duty based on workload requirement Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Virtual: This is not a virtual position. Must be able to constantly climb ladders, walk, and perform light to moderate bending and stooping. During normal day to day operations, individual will be required to perform simple grasping, fine hand manipulation, reaching above shoulder height.
