Job Details

Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the maintenance and repair of our robotic systems and manufacturing equipment, ensuring they operate at optimal efficiency and reliability (OEE).
2. Developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and machinery.
3. Conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and resolve issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
4. Leading Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to maximize the effectiveness of equipment and machinery.
5. Managing the structural steel welding and metal fabrication processes, ensuring high-quality output.
6. Collaborating with other departments to forecast and plan for maintenance needs and upgrades.
7. Training and supervising maintenance staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain and repair advanced robotic systems.
8. Keeping abreast of advancements in robotics and manufacturing technology, and implementing new systems and processes as necessary.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Maintenance Manager role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in managing maintenance of robotic systems and manufacturing equipment.
3. Extensive knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
4. Demonstrated experience in structural steel welding and metal fabrication.
5. Strong understanding of automation within the construction industry, particularly in relation to homebuilding.
6. Experience in conducting inspections and developing maintenance schedules.
7. Strong leadership and team management skills.
8. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Ability to keep up with advancements in robotics and manufacturing technology.
10. Relevant qualifications in a related field would be advantageous.
