We are searching for a highly skilled and reliable Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of our company's facilities. You will be the one to ensure that your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget. This is a permanent position in the manufacturing industry where you will be tasked with maintaining the efficiency of our production machinery and mechanical systems. Your duties will include conducting regular inspections, performing system upgrades, maintaining supply inventories, and training other staff in preventive maintenance and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems, and resolve issues or malfunctions.
2. Perform regular audits of equipment to identify and resolve issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
3. Design strategies to improve the overall efficiency, reliability, and safety of the plant, machinery, and processes.
4. Ensure all machinery and mechanical systems meet the appropriate safety and performance standards.
5. Oversee and manage the installation, repair, and upkeep of all machinery and mechanical systems.
6. Train team members on preventive maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
7. Develop a schedule for regular evaluation of facilities and equipment to identify possible malfunctions and needed repair works.
8. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
9. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
10. Participate in coordinating production and maintenance activities to ensure optimum utilization of resources.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance management role.
3. Proven experience in preventive maintenance, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
4. In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, as well as hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
5. Strong understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and complex mechanical systems.
6. Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.
7. Highly skilled in risk and operational management.
8. Excellent leadership and human resources management skills.
9. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
10. Strong understanding of safety and equipment management regulations in the manufacturing industry.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
12. Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of IT/BMS systems.
13. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
14. Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
15. Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
