We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to ensure our facility runs smoothly. You'll work closely with both Front of House (FOH) Managers and Back of House (BOH) Chefs, reporting directly to the General Manager. We need someone proactive, ready to take charge and constantly find ways to improve our venue.

Key Responsibilities:

Bowling Upkeep and Repair:
  • Create daily checklists for lane maintenance.
  • Keep detailed logs of daily tasks.
  • Quickly fix any lane issues.
Venue Upkeep and Repair:
  • Work with the General Manager to plan maintenance tasks.
  • Keep the building exterior clean and well-maintained.
  • Check inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Monthly Tool and Part Inventory:
  • Monitor stock levels and order parts as necessary.
Kitchen Maintenance:
  • Regularly maintain kitchen equipment.
  • Plan maintenance tasks with the Executive Chef.
HVAC Maintenance:
  • Perform routine HVAC maintenance.
  • Replace filters when needed.
Team Management:
  • Schedule tasks for Maintenance Assistants.
Vendor Management:
  • Communicate with vendors for project planning and invoicing.
Job Requirements:
  • Experience or willingness to learn about maintenance tasks.
  • Good communication skills for managing expenses with the General Manager.
  • Organizational skills to set and achieve goals.
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness in work areas.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
