Job Details

The ideal candidate will have experience working in any food manufacturing environment with experience leading Supervisors and Technicians.

The Maintenance Manager position is located in Pleasant Prairie, WI and will require a leader that can come in a build a team and a culture. Relocation is offered for this position for any candidate looking to take on the leadership role.

Qualifications for these positions:

• Minimum 3-5 years or more as a Supervisor
• Manage inventory
• Proven ability to effectively manage a team
• Cut Efficiencies and Waste (develop correction actions for downtown and waste)
• Ability to communicate effectively and report to senior leadership
• Manage Dept - P&L, Watch KPIs
• Coordinate down days, and planning - Saturday/Sunday (Line 1 - every other weekend)
• Can work on equipment and manage the department
• Troubleshooting abilities - log on, identify error - Allen Bradley
• 50% on floor and 50% in office
• CMMS system - CAMS or SAP
• Works well under pressure and manage team
• On-call when line is down
