As the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for
- Authorize all expenditures and purchases related to maintenance and the tool room
- Structure a work plan to manage repair requests while prioritizing prompt responses that impact on-time delivery
- Develop and coordinate the timetable for all activities within the maintenance department
- Create and fabricate tools in-house to achieve cost reductions
- Offer suggestions for enhancing both Direct and Indirect Labor Utilization rates within the plant
- Conduct project-related tasks linked to the launch of new products, quality control, tooling, samples, and process development
- Assist in the planning and installation of new programs and equipment
To be considered for the Maintenance Manager position you will need to have
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ year's maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with IATF and ISO requirements
