A bit about us:

We are actively seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and dynamic Maintenance Manager to join our manufacturing team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes by overseeing all maintenance activities. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The Maintenance Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for the overall management of our maintenance department.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:

1. Developing and implementing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
2. Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work.
3. Diagnosing breakdown problems and ensuring effective solutions.
4. Leading, coaching, and developing the maintenance team to enhance performance and productivity.
5. Managing and overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company's facilities.
6. Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve issues.
7. Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
8. Monitoring equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
9. Monitoring expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
10. Ensuring health and safety policies are complied with.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in planning maintenance operations.
3. Solid understanding of technical aspects including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting
4. Working knowledge of machines and equipment.
5. Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
