Building Maintenance and Grounds Pay: $23.87 to $30.21 per hour with an additional .50 per hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Work Hours: 8 hour rotating shift
Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street;
South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This position will work at either location.
As a Building Maintenance and Grounds employee, you will: - Maintain and repair buildings, plumbing, HVAC, Air Compressors, Boilers, Fire Systems and Electrical Systems.
- Test and treat boilers, wells, chillers and hot water systems.
- Perform inspections of fire and safety controls and systems.
- Outdoor repairs as needed.
- Work in a team environment.
Qualifications: - 2+ years of building maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently
- Experience in reading and interpret blueprints, schematics and diagrams
- Experience with boilers and refrigeration units
