Job Details

Job Details:

• Oversee capital project spending, ensuring adherence to planned budgets

• Provide guidance and recommendations for enhancing plant safety protocols.

• Collaborate with production and process teams to improve production efficiencies and product quality through equipment modifications.

• Manage the maintenance department according to company policies, personnel guidelines, and budgetary constraints.

• Ensure the proper functioning of all plant equipment, including pumps, motors, compressors, electrical components, PLCs & drives, etc

• Manage various projects, including capital projects, from initiation to completion.

• Work with Process Engineering to maintain process calibrations within desired specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.

• Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and regulations.

• Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as probability, statistics, and geometry to problem-solving.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
