Description
- Will perform monitoring of all BMS systems to ensure the facilities, equipment and environmental systems are within specified ranges and operating systems are functioning properly.
- Observes deviations from systems specifications and works with Facilities staff to correct or resolve these discrepancies.
- May assist in calibrating and fine-tuning controls.
- Should have experience working with HVAC systems including refrigeration equipment, Chillers, etc.
- Experience with water purification systems preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience working in commercial buildings.
- Experience working in a GMP setting is a plus.
