We are urgently seeking an experienced Mailroom Clerk in Richmond, VA (23219).
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Sorting incoming and outgoing mail for department
- Deliver mail to agency staff (in the same building)
- Receive and sign off on deliveries and distribute them to the right office
- Assist with fleet management
- Sign vehicles in and out to agency staff
- Fuel vehicle when requested
- Deliver vehicles for maintenance
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
(30-minute lunch)
A valid driver's license is required for this position.
