Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Machinist to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision, problem-solving, and dedication are valued. As a machinist, you will be responsible for creating and modifying parts by employing a variety of machining tools and equipment. You will also be expected to read and interpret technical blueprints, maintain and repair equipment, and adhere to all safety protocols. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Create, modify, and repair metal parts using a variety of machining tools and equipment.
2. Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate production.
3. Operate and maintain various machines including CNC mills, CNC lathes, manual mills, manual lathes, grinders, and sanders.
4. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
5. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
6. Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet the necessary specifications.
7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline production processes.
8. Keep accurate records of all work performed, including materials used and time spent on each task.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proven experience with CNC programming, CNC mills, CNC lathes, manual mills, manual lathes, grinders, and sanders.
3. Extensive knowledge of machining processes, tools, and equipment.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
7. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.
8. A commitment to safety and quality.
9. A high school diploma or equivalent; completion of a machinist apprenticeship or certification is preferred.
