Machine Shop Supervisor / Machinist

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 Permanent Position with Benefits. Cleveland, Ohio manufacturer is seeking to hire a Manual Machinist / Machine Shop Supervisor to work 6am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday with occasional Fridays as needed. REQUIREMENTS High School Graduate 4+ years' experience as a manual machinist and supervisor or team leader Set up and operate drill presses, milling machines, grinders, sanders and tapping machines Manual machining (no CNC) Schedule day to day work assignments for all team members Provide specific work instructions and distribute job cards to all secondary machinists Keep inventory of drills, taps, coolant Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401K, profit sharing, vacation and sick time, 12 Paid Holidays Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
