Job Overview Starting Rate $20.50 plus a 10% shift premium Work Schedule - Friday/Saturday/Sunday - 5:00am - 5:00pm $750 Retention Bonus after 90 days Paid Vacation 11 Paid Holidays Paid sick days Medical, Life, Dental and Vision Plans 401 (K) Program with company matching $100 Annual Safety Shoe Reimbursement A Day In The Life Operate machinery and equipment according to work instructions Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance Perform quality control, and report to supervisor any irregularities in production quality and on equipment needing repair, maintenance, or adjustments problems Comply with all safety and health regulations Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area Any other duties as assigned What will help you thrive in this role?
