As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment while ensuring that our globally recognized products are produced safely, efficiently, and timely.
What We Offer:
- Have 5 or more years of manufacturing experience as a Machine Operator? Earn $22/hr on Day Shift or $25/hr on Night Shift.
- Exceptional Pay: Earn $19.00/hr on the Day Shift or $22.00/hr on the Night Shift.
- Flexible Work-Life Balance: Night Shift: 4:30 PM - 4:45 AM

Your Role:
- Operational Excellence: Operate, manage, and maintain production equipment, ensuring our top-quality popcorn is produced efficiently and safely.
- Maintenance Mastery: Perform routine maintenance upkeep, like cleaning and lubrication, to keep machines at peak performance.
- Problem-Solving Pro: Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
- Safety First: Adhere to safety guidelines, always using appropriate PPE.
- Quality Focus: Monitor production to identify and correct quality issues to maintain our high standards.
- Record Keeping: Accurately log production activities such as equipment performance and product yields.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate team regarding production schedules, equipment issues, and product quality to ensure effective and efficient production.
- Skill Development: Participate in training programs to develop knowledge and skills related to production equipment and processes.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS Successful Machine Operator's at Weaver Popcorn share a principle-centered mission around safety and quality with a commitment to themselves, their fellow associates, and their company.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating production equipment, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be fluent in English
Compensation details: 19-22 Hourly Wage
