Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 to $27.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30am)
- Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor equipment performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal production levels and product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
- Load raw materials into machines and monitor inventory levels to ensure continuous production.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation, including machine logs and quality control reports.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining production machinery, such as printing presses, die-cutters, laminators, and gluing machines.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
