Machine Operator

Role Overview The Collator Operator is responsible for maintaining the operation of the Collating machine, troubleshooting malfunctions and loading, assembling and packing collated nails, and paying extra attention to safety, quality, and productivity. The role involves significant physical exertions such as moving up and down stairs, bending, lifting, carrying items, pushing and pulling, griping, etc. Safety is our 1 priority. Shift Premiums are provided for the required shift assigned.
