RESUME REQUIRED

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of moderately complex, mechanically operated machinery in the production process. This includes start-up, operation, adjustment to proper parameters, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of the equipment. Requires mechanical aptitude.

Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Pushes buttons on control panel to start and activate automatic cycles of production machines.
Observes machine operations, material supplies, and position of work pieces to detect malfunctions, needed supplies, or misaligned parts.
Performs routine preventative maintenance on machines as scheduled and required for TPM.
Works individually and as a team to develop and implement quality and efficiency improvements.
Conducts tests and inspections of products, or processes to evaluate quality or performance; examines products or work to verify conformance to specifications.
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed).
Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
Test operation of machines periodically.
Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
Maintain activity logs.

SCHEDULES 2-2-3 Rotating schedule.
NIGHT 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
