Express Employment Professionals in Albertville is looking for a couple of second shift Machine Operators to help our St. Michael client. We are looking for somebody who is comfortable working/inspecting extremely small parts. Entry level Machine operating experience is fine. There is some flexibility with your schedule. This is a second shift position paying $20-$25/hr. Fantastic Benefits Package. The responsibility of the Machine Operator:
- Process product in CNC machines according to work instructions: Complete in-process documentation and inspections
- Perform regular cleaning on machine(s), fixtures and equipment
- Ensure calibration and proper use of all equipment and maintain integrity of product lines
- Notify machine service personnel and production manager of any machine problems or breakdowns
- Communicate job, equipment, and process status to other machine operators
- Communicate to production manager to complete projects in a safe and timely manner
- Ensure that all processes are performed in a quality manner, taking responsibility for maximizing machine utilization, minimizing quality issues and documentation
- Practice exceptional housekeeping
We are looking for candidates with good hand/eye coordination, can work in a team environment and able to work with delicate parts. Must pass a drug screen and background check prior to starting.
