Pay Rate: Starting at $20/hr, with an increase to $23/hr upon conversion Shift Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:45 am - 3:00 pm 2nd Shift: 2:45 pm - 11:00 pm 3rd Shift: 10:45 pm - 7:00 am (unsupervised with required overtime) Regular shifts run from Sunday night to Friday morning, with occasional 12-hour shifts. We ask that candidates who apply be available to work overtime, including weekends. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for applying a layer of solvent-based adhesive to a moving web using a reverse roll coating head. Daily tasks will include: Observing and adjusting machine settings for even application of adhesive. Monitoring the coating process for flaws and making immediate corrections. Handling material using hoists, industrial-powered trucks, and barrel trucks. Weighing and combining liquid or powdered components for adhesive formulations. Working safely with flammable solvents. Maintaining cleanliness of the work area. Collaborating closely with the Lead Laminating operator for efficient machine performance and changeovers.
