We believe we have something pretty special here, and our employees seem to agree. Job Summary: We are looking for Machine Operators to join our team in East Providence, Rhode Island. In this position, you will set up and operate various types of fastener production equipment including nail headers, rivet headers, stamping presses and screw machines. We will train mechanically inclined individuals. Schedule: 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm Compensation: $22.50/hr, could increase based on experience Job Responsibilities: Operate, maintain and troubleshoot production machinery to maximize output of quality parts Inspect parts on a continual basis to maintain quality standards per part requirements Document quality measurements per operator inspection data sheets Make adjustments to machinery and tooling to ensure part quality Replace and/or repair production machine parts as required Retrieve and move raw material into place as required Add and/or change lubricants and coolants as required Move completed parts into containers, and full containers to shipping area as required.
