Mentor company looking for Machine Operators

Job Description:

Check pieces to the quality standards and then dump a 4 lb basket
Adjust the machine as required to keep the parts in tolerance
Change tooling as needed
Computer checks at required on the QC procedure documents
Load the machine
Maintain the machine in good working order
Tumble parts for burrs and eliminating chips
Place the parts on a skid
Take the parts to QC when the skid is full

Job Requirements:

Lifting maximum of 35 lbs 4 to 6 times per shift
Standing 6+ hours a day
Manual dexterity for adjustments and loading of the machine
Ability to walk at least 1/2 mile per day (inside shop or between buildings)
Ability to Stand at least 6 hours a day
Able to do two handed operations including typing, and routine
lifting/moving of 35-pound bars & buckets of parts throughout the whole
shift and 50-pounds 1-2 times per week depending on the setup and the
number of setups
Adequate Hearing in order to be able to hear verbal instructions
Has clear eye vision at least 20/40 (wearing glasses) in order to
adequately inspect parts (vision within 3 feet must be excellent it see
quality issues)
