Machine Operator

Overview The Machine Operator will operate the machinery used for production the at the Marion, IL Plant. Major Position Responsibilities Learn to read and use micrometers, Vernier calipers, scales and other measuring instruments, necessary to make machine adjustments. Read and understand written technical procedures for operating, repairing and adjusting machinery. Climb ladders and perform work and cleanup in elevated and awkward positions. Learn to read drawings and schematics. Lift up to 35 pounds on a repetitive basis. Basic Qualifications Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Candidates will be required to take a physical agility test. Machine experience is preferred. Pre-employment background and medical screening will be required if selected for hire. Due to BAFTE and ITAR requirements, candidates must be a US person. Must be able to work all shifts and overtime as required.
