What a Machine Operator will do:- Operate machinery by adjusting speed settings and controlling machine load
- Monitor, measure, record, and manage the dimensions of the final product
- Ensure production levels meet or surpass targets
- Conduct basic maintenance on machines
What you need to be a Machine Operator:- Technical skills and ability to identify issues with machines
- Knowledge of the working mechanisms of tools and machinery
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and willingness to always follow safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
