CoWorx Staffing has Manufacturing positions available at our client in Hopkinton with lots of growth and advancement potential.
Responsibilities:
- Operating a molding press, buffing and / or deflashing of parts, assembly of parts, inspection of parts produced and packaging.
- Identify, obtain and use proper material, understand equipment operation and sequence of assembly process
- Assemble components producing quality parts while meeting efficiency standards
- Check work using prescribed quality procedure record and notify lead person of any issues, making corrections as instructed
- Perform secondary operations such as marking, packing and labeling
- Maintain all necessary documents such as inspection check sheets on produced parts or equipment, labor cards or change notices
- Check equipment using prescribed preventative maintenance procedures
- Work to eliminate non-value added activities
Desired Background/Skills:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Some assembly or machine operating experience is a plus.
- English language proficiency is required for this role.
