Machine Operator

Spherion Staffing and Recruiting is hiring for Machine Operators for our client in Hartselle, AL.

Are you looking for a great place to work, with competitive pay and a four day work week? Our client is looking for career-minded machine operators to join their workforce. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, with overtime scheduled on Fridays and Saturday. Experience with using a tape measure is required.

Responsibilities:
Operate extruder machine, corrugation and downstream equipment in accordance with daily production and quality standards.
Maintains efficient operation of all equipment while supplying high quality products.
Practice good housekeeping and safety rules.
Report suggested process improvements, safety hazards and equipment problems/breakdowns to the Production Supervisor or Production Manager.
Assist fellow workers experiencing production or housekeeping problems.
Perform such other duties and special assignments as requested by the Production Supervisor

Working hours: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
