Machine Operator

Working hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. This position involves learning to do the following; set up machines, producing a quality product at the lowest cost possible, performing TPM, leading and coaching people, planning, sequencing of profile line ups, ordering heads, and communication with others. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Learning to set up of machines. Make certain that yourself as well as all team members are working in a safe manner. Responsible for Quality of product being produced. Learning to perform TPM on machines as well as any other equipment associated with the line. Learning the planning and preparation of profile lineup to yield the most efficient results. Learning to assist other operators where and when needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Excellent mechanical abilities. Troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities. Ability to lift 20 to 50 pounds.
