We are looking for a talented Machine Operator to join our team for our location in Frankfort, KY. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Operates machines and production equipment independently in accordance with quality and productivity requirements. Acts as a formal resource leading and coordinating others. Quickly and effectively adapts to change in the manufacturing environment Fully proficient with all work processes, independently operating equipment to manufacture and assemble product in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations. Leads and coordinates others acting as a formal resource for team members with less capability. Achieves production goals. Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals. To be successful in this role you will need the following: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed (M-F, 6:30 AM - 3 PM) Pay starting at $19.25/HR Compensation and Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
