Daily Responsibilities Include:- Monitor machine operation and packaging equipment to ensure product is produced and delivered to our customers.
- Conduct quality checks on products to guarantee all specs are in product range.
- Effectively communicate with team and leaders on daily goal.
- Ensure workstation is clean and clear of all safety hazards.
Qualifications - High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and with changing environmental conditions.
- Mechanical aptitude and commitment to working safely.
- Must be able to achieve forklift certification.
- Basic Excel and Outlook skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Manufacturing Experience.
Communication Skills - Possess strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Must be able to read and understand written and spoken English language.
Physical Demands - Partner must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
- The partner is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms, with repetitive motions of hands, arms and shoulders.
- The partner must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and periodically lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an encountered while performing the essential functions of this job. Environmental conditions change regularly. The noise level in the production work environment is usually loud. Partners are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment where necessary.
