Job Description Supporting a PLC controlled 120 wide tandem flexible PVC extrusion coating line The operation will include set up, operation, breakdown and cleaning of all components, and the development of proper processing parameters during operation to optimize line speeds and yields Safe operation of forklifts to transport materials to workstations. Ensure proper quality review of the product on workstations assigned. Follow all company policies, including environmental policy and notify supervisor of any concern that may affect work area or company property. Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Prior experience with plastics, vinyl coating, lamination or printing production highly desirable Ability to read and write English Good verbal communications skills Understanding of how to use a touch-screen (PLC) production line Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures Ability and willingness to work overtime if required Availability and willingness to cover any shift with prior notification Additional Information Competitive Benefits: Health Insurance available day one, 401k with 5% company match, bonuses, year-end profit-sharing bonus, paid time off, and educational assistance.
