Machine Operator

Spherion is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess a strong understanding of operating machinery. The primary responsibilities will include operating and monitoring machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Various Shifts Available:
-Day Shift 7:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Thursday
-Night Shift 9:00 pm-7:00 am Monday-Thursday

Responsibilities:
-Operate machinery according to established procedures and guidelines.
-Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards.
-Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
-Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary adjustments.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
-Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
-Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
-Proficiency in operating Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Education:
No Degree Required

Qualifications:
-Ability to stand for a full 8 hour shift.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, unassisted.
