Great Northern - Chippewa Falls is seeking Machine Operators or Assistants to join our growing manufacturing team. Are you ready to make a difference? Weekly Schedule & Pay: Sunday through Wednesday, 11:00pm to 7:15am, and Thursday, 11:00pm to 6:00am or Monday through Thursday, 2:45pm to 11:15pm and Friday, 1:30pm to 7:30pm Hourly wage ranges between $21.00 to 25.50 Our Machine Operators & Assistants are Responsible For: Complete set -up and operation of designated machine Follows production schedule for maximum machine efficiency Accurately reports set-up time, run speed, downtime and waste in the production scheduling system for each job Knows, understands and follows all plant and general safety rules Conducts accurate and thorough quality checks Expectation: To be successful your teammates will depend on your to have pride in your work, be on time, work safely, work effectively with others, be optimistic, take ownership of our responsibilities, and look for continuous improvement opportunities.
