Location: 206 Enterprise Road, Delafield, WIStarting Wage: $18.00 - $22.00/hour + $0.75/hour premiumShift: Full Time 2nd - Monday -Thursday 2:00 PM - 12:00 AMTypical Day in the Role:The Machine Operator and Warehousing Assistant is responsible for tasks that include:
- Coordinates print jobs based on provided job specifications.
- Operate powered industrial equipment while supporting the movement of job materials.
- Accurately band, label, and package orders.
- Responsible for preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Makes decisions regarding quality and performance standards.
- Troubleshoots and problem-solves machine and job order issues
Qualifications:- 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Slitting and/or Warehousing experience preferred, but not required
- Powered Industrial Vehicle operation experience (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Detail orientated
- Computer and mathematical aptitude
- Good communication skills
