Machine / Laser Operator - 2 nd Shift Details:
  • Located in: Lake City, MN
  • Starting at: $20.00 per hour
  • Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour
  • Shift Details: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM (Core Hours)
    • 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday - Thursday)
    • OT as needed on Fridays
  • Full Time / Direct Hire

Machine Tech Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Operating fiber optic lasers to cut thin-gauge sheet metal
  • Shake-out & staging of parts
    • Physically shakes or picks parts out of sheet metal skeleton
  • Utilizing a forklift to:
    • Load material & off-load cut parts
    • Empty scrap dumpsters into large take-a-way hopper
  • Troubleshooting machine alarms
Requirements:
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time
  • Working with hands & finger dexterity
  • Wearing proper PPE & practicing safe work habits
  • Willing & able to be cross trained & multitask
