M:STL- Flance ELC Program VISTA Our vision is to create a new paradigm in early childhood education that will serve as a model for creating systemic change for children and families. Member Duties : The Program VISTA member wil enhance current programs and create new programming to meet the needs of Flance children, families, staff, and community members. The Program VISTA will evaluate, propose, and implement initiatives within our pre-school education, parenting and community engagement programs. Our goal is to improve current initiatives and services at Flance to best enhance the lives of Flance children, families, staff, and community members.
