Remote (Local to Cambridge, MA for occasional visit), 37.5 Hours per week

Project Role:
Research Informatics (RX) is seeking a full-time contract Sr. Project Manager based in the U.S. to manage upcoming M & A integration projects. These projects may be a full company integration or an asset integration.
Note: This is a primarily remote position with occasional onsite collaboration in Cambridge, MA. Candidates should be based in New England, commutable to Cambridge when necessary.
Only experienced project managers meeting all of the experience, education and qualification requirements below will be considered.
Major Accountabilities:
Serve as a high-performing Sr. Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of the assigned M & A integration projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Manage global cross-functional managerial, business and technical teams through successful program delivery, on time and within budget, and at the quality level required
Proactively manage the program's risks and issues, resolving each promptly and fully to limit impact on progress and escalating as necessary
Facilitate collaborative decision making and issue resolution, a ctively manage risks, issues and other conflicts, promptly escalating as needed
Must be able to hit the ground running with full engagement through entire project
Ensure adherence to Client global Information Security and Quality standards and policies for all products/services.
If applicable, ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., GLP & GCP) standards and policies for GxP products/services.
Experience Requirements (Core Skills and Capabilities):
3+ years of experience of d emonstrated success leading M & A integration projects
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a global team of technical, scientific and business associates
Demonstrated success implementing global IT solutions, platforms and infrastructure in a pharmaceutical research or biotech environment
Strong track record of successful delivery of programs/projects in a highly complex global environment
Effective use of agile and adaptive project/program management approaches
Basic skills in the use of project execution software (e.g., Jira, MS Planner, Planview, etc.)
Education and Qualification Requirements:
University Degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) required; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
3+ years managing M & A projects
Language Requirements:
English fluent
