Job Details

We are seeking a highly-skilled M&A Associate to join our full service law firm in Portland, Maine. We offer a hybrid work model along with NO billable hour requirements.

3+ years experience with mergers and acquisitions is required. Additional experience in general representation of business entities, in finance and private equity transactions, and formation and structuring of business entities is preferred.
