Responsibilities:

.Leadership: Provide direction and support to nursing assistants, ensuring high-quality care standards.
.Training: Assist in orienting new LPN/LVNs and nursing assistants, maintaining top-notch care training.
.Communication: Regularly liaise with Nurse Manager, sharing observations and suggestions for continuous improvement.
.Patient Care: Offer direct patient care, including specialized procedures, ensuring residents' well-being.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

- Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing.
- Current license, in good standing, as an LPN/LVN in the State.
- One year nursing experience, dedicated to professional nursing standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

.Competitive Pay: $35.50 - $42 per hour.
