Requirements:
  • Some Psych/Behavioral Health Experience
  • Willing to float to other units
  • Willing to take charge LPN shifts
  • COVID vaccination and booster
  • Resume
  • Skills checklist (within 1 year)
  • 2 supervisory references fromlast 2 years of employment
  • Certifications -certifications dont need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
  • License-confirm they are willing and eligible to obtain
  • COVID vaccination and booster - please confirm if they are willing to obtain
  • CPI- offered onsite; no need to confirm at time of submission
  • Please outline what patient populations your traveler has experience with.
  • Anyscheduling requests must be presented in the submission file.
