Location: This is a Home Health LVN Position - One on One Care in the Clients Home located in Covina
Start : Immediately
Care Unlimited Health Services seeks a license vocational nurse (LVN) to work as an integral part of our Home Healthcare team. In this role, he/she will provide direct and continuous skilled nursing care to the patient according to the medical plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess good assessment skills and also have an empathetic personality
- Basic documentation with computer skills, must have the ability to travel to the patient's home
- Current California State LVN Licensure, CPR Certificate, Negative TB Test Result Documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing shift care in accordance with the written plan of treatment and orders
- Document in accordance with Care Unlimited guidelines and established time frames
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and behavior
