MDAs have first call, CRNAs called in as needed.- Procedures: MAC, General Anesthesia, Emergent and Elective, Intubations, IV placement, A-Line placement, Manage airway in codes.- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call- Will Facility Accept Multiple Providers? No - Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient - Is Both Inpatient and Outpatient Required? Yes - Does Provider require hospital/surgery center privileges?: Yes - Are temporary privileges available?: Yes- Admissions Required? No - Patients Per Shift: 2-10 - Bed In Department: 4- CRNA supervision required- Equipment: Draeger Apollo Anesthesia Machines. Omnicell Medication Dispensing.
