LPN - Physician Services

POSITION SUMMARY: The LPN position requires knowledge of in performing nursing care procedures, assessments, treatments, and techniques utilized within a physician office clinic setting. The incumbent provides professional nursing services in support of medical care directed by the provider. Works closely with or may lead other professional and ancillary personnel in providing total nursing care to patients. Clinical duties may include taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examinations or procedures, drawing blood and administering medications or treatments as directed by a medical provider.
