East Side Nursing Facility is seeking a full-time LPN or RN Unit Manager for our 80-bed nursing facility. Qualifications/Requirements:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
- Current NYS LPN or RN License and in good standing
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Ability to plan and oversee resident's comprehensive care plans
- Practice infection control standards in allignment with facility, CDC, and DOH guidelines
