Location: Santa Rosa, CA Duration: May 20th to May 31st (Monday to Friday, excluding Memorial Day) Shift Timing: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Tentative) Company Overview: Interim Healthcare is a leading provider of support services for individuals with diverse healthcare needs. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a temporary basis to cover at our day program facility in Santa Rosa. Job Responsibilities: Provide nursing care and support to individuals with diverse healthcare needs at our day program facility. Administer medications and treatments according to individual care plans and physician orders. Monitor and assess the health status of program participants and promptly respond to any changes or concerns. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Qualifications: Valid California LVN license. Prior experience working with individuals with special healthcare needs preferred. Proficiency in administering medications and treatments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to undergo training on restricted health conditions and procedures specific to the program. Additional Information: This is a temporary position covering from May 20th through May 31st (Monday to Friday excluding Memorial Day). Prior to the start date, the selected candidate will undergo training on restricted health conditions and procedures for the individuals in the program. The specific shift timing is tentatively scheduled from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, subject to confirmation.
