One of our top clients, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN will provide quality patient care and support under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, while maintaining strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities for LPN:
  • Assist registered nurses or physicians in the delivery of patient care
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history accurately and thoroughly
  • Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients as needed
  • Collect specimens for laboratory testing and perform basic laboratory tests as ordered
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations at all times
  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide basic life support as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare team members
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications for LPN:
  • Active LPN license
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of medications, treatments, and nursing procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
