We are seeking to fill the position of LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - All Shifts. - $36 to $49.38 per hour based on experience and shift
- Walking distance to Red Line T stop at Andrews
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- MA LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or recent graduate waiting for licensure.
- BLS certification required.
- Nursing Home: 1 year (Preferred).
- Must be able to supervise and delegate.
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary: - Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in problem identification and development of correction plans.
- Check all ill residents early in the shift, make periodic assessments, report changes.
- Assess resident care needs for Minimum Data Set, Resident Assessment protocols and Interdisciplinary care plans.
- Report resident condition changes to Supervisor, attending physician/NP, families and document in Medical Record.
- See that all required documentation is correct, reflects need and is up-to-date.
- Administer and record prescribed medications and treatments.
- Assess residents on admission and initiate interim care plan.
