Position Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse works under direct supervision of the
Director of Nursing using state-specific guidelines and nursing judgment.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• delivering nursing care to patients
• collecting patient data
• making observations
• reporting pertinent information to the care of patients
• direct and supervise other nursing staff members as needed
Qualifications:
• Ideal candidate must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high quality care to residents in our care
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state of Ohio
• PCC knowledge
• Long term care experience
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition
