Knollwood Pointe Senior Living Community is currently seeking for an LPN to provide licensed nursing services to the residents, following the guidelines provided by our company. Now hiring ALL shifts (AM: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm / PM: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm / NOC: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am). Essential Functions: Responsible for medication administration in compliance with Federal and State regulations and our company guidelines. Provides general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community. Notifies physicians and/or family members of any change in resident's health and provides proper documentation. Responds quickly to all emergencies. Maintains close communication with all departments and staff members. Provides educational meetings for residents and staff. Understands roll in Safety & Disaster Plan. Maintain confidentiality of residents' and prospective residents' information. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Must have an LVN/LPN License current in the state of Alabama. Previous experience in a similar role. Previous experience in a Senior Living Community preferred.
